Our Origin
Born from a missing jersey and a long walk out of Section 421.
It started in 2008 with a problem one Cardinals fan couldn't solve. Our founder — a 22-year season-ticket holder at the time, now pushing two decades under that PSL — was hunting for a specific retired-player jersey the week of a Monday Night Football home game. He'd checked three Phoenix retailers, the team shop at the stadium, and the usual online giants. Nobody had it. Nobody could get it before kickoff.
So he did what every obsessive Red Sea member eventually does: he called the warehouse himself, leased a 1,400-square-foot bay off Camelback Road, and started buying pallets of officially licensed jerseys direct from Nike and NFL Enterprises. The first order shipped out of Phoenix sixteen years ago this October, wrapped in newspaper, with a hand-written thank-you card.
Today that bay is a 14,000-square-foot fulfillment center staffed by twenty-seven full-time employees — three of them current PSL owners themselves — and we carry 2,800-plus Cardinals SKUs from every era since 1899. We still write the thank-you cards. The newspaper is gone, but the Phoenix sun through the loading dock at 6 a.m. hasn't changed.
